Background

The website for Browar Koło was a part of a larger project, which consisted of some printed materials and two similar websites for the brewery and the restaurant in the polish town Koło. I worked on this project with a team of developers and another designer, which was responsible for the restaurant website. My tasks included

Briefing with the client

Before the meeting, I did some research to collect examples of benchmarks in the field of breweries and restaurants. Then I showed them to the stakeholders to receive feedback on what they liked and what they did not like. At the briefing meeting I received the following information and requirements for the design

Design process

Lo-Fi Wireframes

After collecting the client’s requirements and discussing what pages and subpages should be visible on the website, I prepared low-fidelity wireframes with the proposed content arrangement

the actual design

After the client's acceptance of low-fidelity wireframes and a dose of inspiration from our benchmark list that we created during the briefing meeting, I prepared the actual designs. Because of the big neon sign with the brewery's logo in the restaurant, I decided to use this theme and colors in my designs
